Hi, I’m Tommy — founder of Infinity Land Wealth Ltd, where my experience meets creativity. I help individuals & businesses throughout England and the some parts of Scotland & Wales transform their thoughts to start or expand their business in land sourcing & property development.I started Infinity Land Wealth Ltd after years of working in the industry coaching other program providers and seeing how much joy people feel when their goals were achieved their goals .

I wanted to combine professional skill with genuine care & improve what was currently available — delivering results that make people & businesses successful & proud of their achievements. No one was actually coaching, the programs were being offered on based on their results not the mentees & I saw that was lacking for the mentees. We are coaches & educators first, out portfolios come second. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I take pride in precision, reliability, and finishing touches that last. Our coaching program is focused on a one to one basis, tailored to the mentees individual requirements & we achieve that by limiting the number of new mentees on boarded at any one time. For me, every mentee success is more than our own success — it’s a partnership built on trust and creativity. Hi everyone, welcome and it’s lovely to see you here.My name is Joe and I am one of the founders of Infinity land Wealth.My background is in multiple businesses from cafes to car sales, restaurants and health and fitness. Over the years I have come to see that a strong sense of numbers and finances should form the basis of any successful business. With that in mind you’ll find that I’m not the visionary of our company - that would be Tommy - but I’m the details, numbers and processes guy. I will be here to help you dig deep into your numbers so you’re always acutely aware of your top and bottom lines. I’ll ensure that every deal stacks in a way that is beneficial and lucrative for all involved. After all making deals that are beneficial for everyone is the Infinity Land Wealth way.

Our Site Finder service assists mentees in identifying sites that match their selected criteria, including location, project scale, and type. Each site is initially assessed by our trained professionals to ensure its potential and suitability.

DoveTail (Deal Sourcing)

We train our mentees to DoveTail (deal source) property opportunities and build connections with investors.

Exclusive Allocation: Once a site is assigned to a mentee, it will not be shared with anyone else.
Flexibility: Begin with 50 sites and scale up with no upper limit.
Peace of Mind: Gain exclusive access to opportunities through Site Finder.
Requirement: You must be an ILW mentee currently enrolled in the programme.

The £150,000 Success Guarantee

ILW is fully committed to your success. If you meet the following criteria yet do not achieve a minimum of £150,000 within 12 months, ILW will continue to provide support until you reach that goal.

Must be a fully paid mentee

Submit 100% complete KPI reports for 13 weeks.

Attend at least 90% of Q&A sessions.

Complete all modules and assigned tasks.

Attend mentee coaching sessions (unless extended).
