£150,000 Guarantee T&Cs

1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of Infinity Land Wealth’s (“ILW”) website, coaching programmes, and services. By accessing our website, or by enrolling in our mentorship programme, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services Disclaimer

ILW provides coaching, mentorship, and support services in land sourcing. We do not provide regulated financial or legal advice. Any information, case studies, or figures used during training are for educational purposes only. The £150,000 Guarantee is subject to specific conditions (see Section 10).

3. Investment Disclaimer

The value of property and land investments is variable and may go down as well as up. Examples of past performance or mentee results are provided for illustration only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance. Individual outcomes will vary depending on personal circumstances, level of effort, and the ability to apply the strategies taught. All investments carry inherent risks, including the potential loss of capital. Mentees should seek independent professional advice (financial, legal, and tax) before making investment decisions.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan at the time of enrolment. Refunds are only available under conditions specifically outlined in the programme rules and agreed in writing by ILW.

5. Client Responsibilities

As an ILW mentee, you agree to: Attend all scheduled coaching sessions (unless otherwise agreed with ILW). Complete and submit all required reports, tasks, and assignments. Follow ILW’s strategies, guidance, and compliance requirements. Take accountability for your own commitments, actions, and business outcomes. Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect eligibility for the £150,000 Guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property

All ILW training materials, templates, branding, and website content are protected by copyright. They are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without prior written consent from ILW.

7. Liability Disclaimer

ILW is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our control. While ILW provides proven systems and ongoing mentorship, no assurance of earnings or financial outcomes can be given. The £150,000 Guarantee applies only if all programme rules and participation requirements are fully met.

8. Termination Policy

ILW reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if a mentee breaches these terms, fails to make payment, or acts in a way that damages ILW’s reputation or the integrity of the programme.

9. £150,000 Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

o qualify for the ILW £150,000 Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

Eligibility
- The mentee must be a fully paid ILW mentee with no outstanding fees.
Programme Participation
- Fully completed KPI reports must be submitted for the full 13-week coaching programme.
- At least 90% of all Q&A sessions must be attended.
- Each coaching module must be fully completed and signed off by ILW.
- All agreed tasks and assignments must be completed in full.
- All scheduled coaching sessions must be attended unless an extension is agreed with ILW.
Performance Review
- If the mentee has met all conditions above but does not achieve a minimum of £150,000 in revenue within 12 months of completing the initial 13-week programme, the guarantee applies.
Guarantee Provision
- ILW will continue to work with the mentee until the £150,000 milestone is achieved.
- Additional coaching, mentorship, and resources will be provided at no extra cost until this outcome is reached.
Exclusions
- The guarantee does not apply if the mentee has failed to meet any of the programme requirements.
- ILW is not responsible for losses caused by mentee negligence, failure to act, or external factors outside ILW’s control

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. ILW is based in Cheshire, United Kingdom.
